GenPhar's vaccine is the only known vaccine to demonstrate multivalent protection against three strains of Marburg virus (Musoke, Ci67, and Ravn) with 100% efficacy and safety. In early animal experiments conducted by USAMRIID, guinea pigs were vaccinated with medium to high doses and proved 100% protected against challenges given at 1000 times the lethal dose of the virus.

USAMRIID continued challenging GenPhar's vaccine in non-human primates with comparable results. Data from these late-stage challenges will be published soon.
